Owner and service provider

The Site is owned by BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L.. Grupo Bomontec, Bomonsis Cybersecurity, Bomontec Tecnologías, Blindium, Neo and the names of the group's products are trade names and do not in themselves constitute a separate legal entity. References on the Site to “Bomontec”, “Grupo Bomontec”, “we” or “our services” shall be understood as references to BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L., unless expressly stated otherwise.

Purpose of the Site

The Site has an informative and commercial purpose and presents the group's cybersecurity, governance, regulatory compliance, operations, resilience, product security, protection of individuals, enterprise mobility and device management services, as well as the group's own products and information on third-party technologies and products. The information published does not in itself constitute a binding contractual offer, nor does it replace the scope, specifications, licences, service level agreements or financial terms of a proposal or signed contract. Services are formalised by means of a proposal, a contract and the applicable annexes.

Access and use

Access to public content is, as a general rule, free. Certain functions, resources or areas may require authentication, an invitation or a contractual relationship. You undertake to use the Site lawfully, diligently and in good faith and, in particular, to:

• Not introduce malware, code, abusive automated requests or traffic intended to degrade the service.
• Not attempt to access accounts, resources, paths, data or functions for which no authorisation exists.
• Not use the Site to infringe third-party rights, confidentiality obligations or applicable law.
• Not send classified information, credentials, private keys, third-party secrets or sensitive operational information that is not necessary for the enquiry through public forms.

Technical and commercial information

Service and product descriptions, architectures, features, compatibilities, plans and requirements may vary by version, licence, region, manufacturer and configuration. BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. endeavours to keep the information up to date, but its applicability to a specific project must be confirmed in the technical and contractual documentation in force. The commercial options and packages published are indicative.

Regulatory frameworks, certifications and third-party recognitions

Where the Site mentions ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 42001, ENS, NIS2, DORA, NIST CSF, CRA, AI Act, GDPR, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK or other frameworks, these are reference frameworks for designing, implementing, reviewing and evidencing. They are not presented as certifications held by BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. unless so stated contractually.

Where NIAP Common Criteria, DISA STIG, FIPS, CSfC, Android Enterprise, Samsung Knox, CCN-STIC or other schemes are cited, the statements must be understood as limited to the specific product, version, module, device, configuration or recognition listed by the corresponding issuing source. The existence of a certification applicable to a product does not imply that BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L., the customer's system or any specific deployment is automatically certified, accredited or compliant.

Relationship with Samsung and other brands

Samsung, Samsung SDS, Samsung Knox and the other third-party brands, logos, products and trade names cited belong to their respective owners. Their use on the Site is for identification and descriptive purposes. References to partner, reseller or integrator status are limited to the scope and term of the agreements or certifications applicable to BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. and do not imply any sponsorship or institutional endorsement other than that expressly documented.

Intellectual and industrial property

Except for duly identified third-party content, the texts, structure, design, in-house documentation, graphic elements, trade marks and other original content of the Site belong to BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. or are used under authorisation. Their reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication or exploitation beyond the limits permitted by law or without prior authorisation is prohibited.

References, screenshots, logos and materials from manufacturers or bodies remain subject to the ownership and terms of use of their respective proprietors. The presence of a reference does not imply any assignment of rights.

Links and third-party content

The Site includes links to the websites of the group's products (neofense.com, neohole.com, neofrontha.com, neoconsentguard.com, neovpn.bomontec.net, blindium.com, sds.bomontec.net), to official sources, manufacturers, certification bodies and other third parties. Each linked site has its own terms and policies. BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. does not permanently monitor the availability, accuracy, security or policies of third-party sites.

Availability and liability

BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. takes reasonable measures to keep the Site secure and available, without guaranteeing the complete absence of errors, interruptions or vulnerabilities. It shall not be liable for damages arising from uses contrary to these terms, the actions of third parties, unavailability beyond its reasonable control or decisions taken solely on the basis of general information on the Site, without prejudice to any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Security and incident reporting

The Site uses technical security controls and may log access events, errors, automated activity and attack signals in order to protect its systems and users. If you detect a vulnerability or incident, please use the responsible disclosure channel (contacto@bomontec.net) and refrain from accessing, modifying, downloading or disclosing information beyond what is strictly necessary to report the finding in good faith.

Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the Site's Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and equivalent technologies is described in the Cookies Policy.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The Site is governed by Spanish law. In professional or business relationships, and unless a mandatory rule or a different contractual agreement provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under the applicable legislation. Where a specific contract exists, its clauses shall prevail over these terms in the event of conflict.
