Does Samsung SDS EMM only manage Samsung devices?
No. It manages Android from any manufacturer (Android Enterprise), iOS/iPadOS and Windows. Native integration with Samsung Knox (KME, E-FOTA, DualDAR, Tactical Edition) is an added advantage, not a limitation.
How long does a migration from Omnissa / Workspace ONE take?
The Samsung SDS Fast-Track Migration programme is structured in three phases (pre-migration, migration and post-migration) and is usually completed in 8-12 weeks, depending on fleet size and environment complexity.
